The deadline for nomination for the fall semster is April 10th, applications are due no later than April 15th. For spring semster the nomination deadline is Ocotber 10th, applications are due no later than October15th every year.
As an exchange student, you must be nominated by your home university. You will remain registered at your home university and apply through the international coordinators at your home university.
Application process - step by step
Apply for exchange studies at Stockholm Business School through your home university -please contact your international coordinator for more information.
- Once you are accepted by your home university, they will nominate you to us.
- Once we receive your nomination, we will contact you with more information and instructions on how to apply to SBS, using our online application system. You will also have access to our courses and receive information on course registration. Official Transcript should be submitted with the online application.
- Once you have been admitted to SBS, we will send you an electronic offer letter and proof of insurance.
Eligibility
To be eligible for studies at Stockholm Business School through a student exchange program the following requirements must be met in order to apply.
General requirements:
There must be an agreement between SBS and the student’s home institution which allows for student exchange.
- You must be registered as a student with one of our partner institutions.
- You must be nominated by your home university for a study period abroad at SBS.
- You must have documented proficiency in English (applies to non-native speakers and students outside of the EU).
Requirements for students at undergraduate level:
You must have completed at least one year of studies in business administration.
Requirements for students at the graduate level:
Completed bachelor's degree.
Language requirements
If your first language is not English, you will also be required to meet Stockholm University's English language requirements. Nominated students are expected to be highly proficient in English (spoken and written) in order to have a succesful learning experience.
