Studenter Ljusgården

SSES is an academic co-operation in innovation and entrepreneurship between Stockholm University, Stockholm School of Economics, Karolinska Institute, Konstfack (university college of arts, crafts, design) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. 

The collaboration  gives  you, as a student admitted to a master programme, access to a range of courses based on these institutions’ expertise and competence within innovation and entrepreneurship.

Courses Spring 2021

The courses are advanced level courses, given in English, half-time in the evenings.

Please note that some courses may be held at the exact same time and therefore not possible to combine.

January - March

  • Ideation – Creating a business idea 7,5 hp
  • Execution – Running Your Own Company 7,5 hp
  • Design Thinking, 7.5 hp
  • Finance for Start-ups, 7,5 hp

March - May

  • Business Model Innovation,  7,5 hp
  • Growth - Managing your firm, 7.5 hp
  • Negotiations for Start-ups, 7.5 hp 
  • Social Entrepreneurship, 7.5 hp

The courses are classified by SSES as Core courses, Context courses and Skills courses.

How to apply

Log in on www.universityadmissions.se  Click on the "Log in" button and select "Stockholm University". You will then be able to search for the courses. Application period for spring courses: 15/9-15/10 and for autumn courses: 15/3-15/4.

The courses are also open for late application!

To be able to apply for SSES courses on Universityadmissions.se, you have to be admitted to a Master Program at Stockholm University (SU) or admitted to Kandidatprogramet i Företagsekonomi, Bachelor program Global Management, Bachelor's programme in International Business and Politics.

Eligibility

You need to have completed at least 120 higher education credits and be admitted to any of the programs stated above. The ranking and selection of students is made based on the number of Higher Education Credits earned (ECTS/hp). Maximum 270 ECTS can be included.
